lol. there isnt really a parking lot, well there is, Benchmark A. But the parking lot events are just a group of people on Benchmark A or Fujimi Kaido.

behind the instructions book in the case there should be a square card with a code on it. did you buy youre game brand new?

Found it affraid, it was in the box on a Game Add-On Content card.
