I was looking at the GRDC post in the forza3 forums from a few months ago..
it was my first time hearing about this even though i played forza2

Anyways, i would like to join and was wondering if it is too late to sign up, and if not where can i go so i can learn all the detailed rules. I got the basics down already

First, go to the Rules and Guidelines Thread. Then, when you know what you're in for, head on over to the Garage Guidelines thread to know what info you need to post in order to take part.

NOTE: Not as much as too late but before you post your build, be sure to know that other people WILL have more upgrades and a better performing car because they have been playing Grass Roots longer.

I live in the Netherlands but hou can I see wat time it is for GRDC parkinglot event.

There really is no set time. You just have to check to see if anyone is on. I usually send out invites when I'm on to see who needs to do a room or two.
